Staff are very friendly. Been a local there for many times. Nice pedicure with foot spa treatment and nail color lasts longer (2nd pic has been on for 3 weeks and will have them do my nails again-- both mani and pedi tomorrow) Also, with the back massage is amazing.
I usually do not like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience here was very disappointing. I went to this salon to get a simple manicure and pedicure with plain black nail polish on my fingers and toes and simple design that they agree they can do. There was no further design requested, nothing complicated, just basic color. However, I was charged the same price as if I had done nail art or a design, which I found very unfair. On top of that, I ended up getting different nails and was asked to pay extra. I trusted the service at the time and paid, but the situation became even more frustrating when I got home and noticed that one of my nails had already chipped the same day. For something I paid a significant amount for, I expected better quality and durability. When I contacted the owner about the issue, she told me that she would make it right and promised to give me a free pedicure the next time I came in. Unfortunately, since that conversation she has not answered my calls and has not responded to my text messages. I tried reaching out multiple times to resolve the situation respectfully, but I received no response. I’m not writing this review to be rude or disrespectful, but I do think it is important for customers to be aware of my experience. Good customer service also means standing behind your work and honoring promises made to clients. Sadly, that did not happen in this situation.
My first time coming to Nail Envy Plus for a gel pedicure and they did an absolute amazing job. Ashley was amazing she did my gel spa pedicure, and did a wonderful job wasn’t rushed at all. When walking into the nail salon loved to see how clean it was, and everyone was very welcoming! I will definitely be returning to Nail Envy plus!
Awesome place to have your nails done. The owner and staff always make you feel special. They take great interest in you. Really exceptional service! Been coming to Nail Envy for 9years.
This is the relocation of the Nail Envy that was on Francis Lewis. This location is a bit bigger than the previous one and a lot more modern and stylish with the interior. Parking is ample although it’s meter paid. Q12 and Q13 bus stops right near the salon so it is very accessible with transit. Donna and her crew is always fabulous with their profession and very friendly to the customers. They treat you well with massages and the nail jobs are fantastic. Prices are acceptable with today’s economy and it’s well worth it. Lots of ample seating inside if you are a guest and waiting. Great place for a nail job!
